Our Poon Choi ( Basin Feast ) at Zi Zai Restaurant 自在饭店 is consisted of 13 different ingredients. It is compiled together in a basin ,a layer by layer to interact within each character of different ingredients. normally it is consumed from to to bottom , from dry to gravied.
